Dassai 23 is a super-premium junmai daiginjo sake produced at the Asahi Shuzo Brewery in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. Available here in magnum format, this high-quality sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice which is polished to a 23% milling rate a process that takes four days. Expect complex aromas of berry fruits, candy-like yeast, pear, cotton candy and violet. The palate is silky smooth with a lush, tropical, yet dry finish.
