Moro and Mi are the names of the two white haired cats rescued by Nishide, and who are now the mascots of Nishide Shuzo. This one-of-a-kind sake is made from a mutant strain of Yeast 901 that produces a lot of malic acid. The resulting sake carries excellent depth, a touch of sweetness, and some bright acidity.
