Gose-style ale with sea salt and black mustard seed

This gose-style ale was inspired by a weekend trip to the SoCal staple, Catalina Island. We started with wild, Catalina-harvested yeast to reflect the islands fun and funky spirit and added Pacific sea salt and black mustard seed. This Catalina gose balances crisp, tart character with a light saltiness and slight spice. Cheers to the island life!
