A remarkable dry Riesling from Germanys Mosel region, crafted with organic methods that highlight the purity of its terroir. Pale golden with greenish hues, it offers vibrant aromas of green apple, ripe pear, citrus zest, and white flowers, with a distinct wet slate minerality. The palate is precise and refreshing, featuring lemon, peach, and a touch of salinity, balanced by crisp acidity and a long, clean finish.

Weiser-Knstler, founded in 2005 by Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Knstler, specializes in reviving steep, once-abandoned vineyards around Traben-Trarbach. Their low-intervention approach, including oxidative winemaking and hand-harvesting old, ungrafted vines, has earned them cult status. With just 3.8 hectares under vine, their small-scale production focuses on elegant, mineral-driven Rieslings that reflect the soul of the Mosel.
