Sourced from the Hopkins River Ranch vineyard, this wine offers all the zippy citrus and grassy notes one would expect from a new-world Sauvignon Blanc, but balanced with rich and round tropical flavors typical of the best Russian River expressions of the varietal.
On a recent warm evening, we paired the wine with grilled chicken thighs, marinated in lemon juice, garlic, and tarragon. We THOUGHT the wine was good, but when we tasted it with the crispy-skinned chicken, we KNEW it was great!
