The fifth edition of The Blendery Mashup Solera expressions, Aurora, is comprised of three additional barrels blended into the base. The Solera Equinox base (30%) married well with a95% rye whiskey (40%),Double Jeopardy (20%) and21% rye bourbon (10%). The resulting expression brings oak, sweetness and spice together in one bottle for a balanced pour.

Nose – Oak, cola, cinnamon, brown sugar, caramel chews, nutmeg, vanilla, buttered pecan, cream cheese frosting, maple, brown butter and cherry.

Palate – Sweet oak, vanilla, new leather, cola syrup, brown sugar butter, crme brle topper, snickerdoodle, sweet tea, cherry, lemon citrus, butterscotch, cinnamon, maple glaze, and leather.

Finish – Root beer, nutmeg, cola syrup, butterscotch, charred brown sugar, toffee, vanilla bean, white pepper, cinnamon, orange and lemon citrus, maple, oak, new leather, and a subtle mint.
