The Gun Fighter line of Whiskeys from Golden Moon share a few specs, including aging techniques and time. The Bourbon is a combination of a variety of ages. The youngest Spirit in the bottle is aged six months, but reports are that the average age in two years. But just like its sister Rye Whiskey, all of the Spirits are married and finished in Port casks made of French oak. Its bottled hot at a solid 50% ABV. The Port wood brings out the fruit notes and nicely round-out the finish.
