Domaine Morey-Coffinet was created in 1978 by the merger of Domaine Marc Morey and Domaine Fernand Coffinet. The vineyard is operated by Thibault Morey, from a family of winegrowers. Most of the vineyard is found in Chassagne-Montrachet with some Premiers Crus La Romane, En Remilly and Caillerets as well as a Premier Cru plot in Puligny-Montrachet and another 13 ares on the Grand-Cru Btard-Montrachet. All the vines are cultivated using biodynamic methods, with organic certification.
