Barrell Craft Spirits has earned its reputation by pushing the boundaries of sourced whiskey blending, and these three expressions show exactly why. Each is bottled without chill filtration, expertly constructed, and true to its own unique identity.
Start with Foundation, BCSs first non-cask strength bourbon. A 100-proof blend from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Maryland, it features a 73% corn, 23% rye, and 4% malted barley mash bill. Expect creamy, sweet notes of cinnamon, toffee, vanilla pudding, and dark fruit. Balanced, approachable, and full of character.
Then theres Vantage, finished in a trio of oak types: Mizunara, French, and toasted American. Each bourbon component is finished separately before being blended into a warm, complex pour with layers of creme brle, chocolate pudding, grilled pineapple, espresso, and exotic spice.
Finally, explore Seagrass, a rye blend finished in Martinique Rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy casks. This spirit sings with tropical fruit, coastal salinity, fresh herbs, and floral depth. A vibrant pour thats as bright and juicy as a seaside breeze.
