About this agave distillate:

– By Master Distiller, Tio Pedro Hernandez Arrellanes
– 12 years old agave Angustifolia (Espadin) and agave Karwinskii (Tobaziche)
– From Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca
– Double distilled in clay pot still

Nose – Plantains, raisins and slightly lactic.

Palate – Toffee, apples, grilled vegetable, wet stone, leather and parsley.
